Jaxon Ferm, President of OfficeandStrage.com
joined the company over 18 years ago when his father Jack D Ferm retired from the business he started as a corporate real estate firm in the mid-70s. "There's a strong pull to keep the family business going," Jaxon says. "I'm proud to be head of a company that offers its customers extra details to make their experience positive and simple." Giving clients direct access to the president or a manager is important to Jaxon. "We're right next door to respond to their needs," he says. "They benefit from the extra energy and pride that goes with a company that's owner/operated." So do the employees. Many of them are long-term members who enjoy respect and encouragement to grow within the company.
Jordan Ferm is Head of Operations
and joined his father and older brother Jaxon in the family business in 1987 after graduating from college. In addition to personnel training he is actively involved in site design and construction management. "Our managers are trained to think on their feet," Jordan says. "We stay on top of the market with skilled executives who are equipped to handle our customer's needs."
Pam Biordi is Office Manager and Human Resources Director
who also manages the executive suites at the Tri-Sate Industrial Center. She started as a part-time employee with the company in 1984 and grew her position as the company grew. "They allowed me the freedom to grow," Pam says. She appreciates the advantages she's had working in this family-owned business. "All the employees are well-taken care of, it's like we're a family team. There is a level of trust and open-mindedness that you wouldn't find in larger companies."
Paul L. Voss, Jr., Director of Property Management
joined the company in 2007 and brings with him 24-years of experience in the corporate real estate field. Paul's extensive background includes overseeing a variety of small and large-sized properties to make certain that they are well-maintained and kept up-to-date both inside the buildings and outside on the grounds. "I keep a constant watch over the properties and ensure that my staff responds directly to any of our customer's maintenance or repair needs."
